During the early stages of his career, Mr. Workman gained valuable expertise in technical and cybersecurity recruiting, business development, and finance with such companies as IntelliDyne, LLC, ManTech International Corporation, Varen Technologies, Serco, Altamira Technologies Corporation, Stephen James Associates, and Kaiser Permanente. Similarly, he worked in the medical field for many years and served as a combat medic and surgical technician in the U.S. Army. An expert in his field, Mr. Workman earned a Bachelor of Science in behavioral and social science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an MBA in technology management from Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business School.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Workman aligns himself with the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development, the Project Management Institute, and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association International. In conjunction with his work, he contributes to his community through the board of directors at the Maryland Crime Victims Resources Center. Given his professional achievements, Mr. Workman received the Maryland Governor's Award for Victims Services from Governor Bob Ehrlich and an Alumni Achiever Award from President Javier Miyares.
While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Workman takes the most pride in managing Halliburton's safety partner division, which provides safety, health, and environmental training.
