With a strong background in health sciences, she holds multiple degrees in integrative and lifestyle medicine and frequently shares her expertise through television programming, published articles and as a public speaker. She is the author of *Love Your Body*, an exercise and nutrition book. She also promotes the Hippocratic principles of mindbody connection and healing through nature as an ambassador of the International Hippocratic Foundation of Kos, Greece.

Throughout her career, Dr. Darilis has refined her expertise in wellness, project development, and executive leadership through roles at organizations including Cenegenics Athens, Zoe Bioregenerative Clinic, the United Nations, SRC, Salus. Dr. Darilis holds a Bachelor of Science in Film and Television from Empire State University in New York and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health from the City University of New York, Queens College. Her postgraduate education includes a Master of Science, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, and PhD in Original Medicine from the International Institute of Original Medicine in Virginia. Additionally, she is certified in plant-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and hormone health through the Hippocrates Health Institute and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, in New York.

Dr. Darilis has made significant contributions to her community through organizations such as the Hellenic Professional Women Inc., HANAC Senior Center, the United Nations, SRC Salus Club, and the Foreign Press Association. Her achievements have been recognized by the American Community School of Athens, Daughters of Penelope (Order of AHEPA), Ideagen Global, and the Greek Archdiocese.
