Asphalt Blues by Phillip W. Price Nominated For Literary Titan Book Award

CANTON, GA, October 12, 2024 - Asphalt Blues (ISBN 13: 978-1665308755, Lanier Press, 2024) by Phillip W. Price has been nominated for the Literary Titan Book Award. The novel is the latest in the thrilling four book Daniel Byrd series by Price which follows the exploits of Daniel Byrd, a Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) agent. The Literary Titan Book Award is bestowed upon books that exemplify exceptional standards in the presentation of original content.

A vendetta calling for their heads. With another scheme to smuggle meth across state lines, they may just get the chance in Asphalt Blues. The book will keep readers wanting more of Daniel Byrd and Price promises this isn't the end of the Byrd series. Many have compared Price's work to Breaking Bad and Jack Reacher on steroids.

About Phillip W. Price

Phillip W. Price began his law enforcement career in 1974 at the age of 19. In 1978 Price was hired by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) as a Special Agent. Price served in various capacities with the GBI. Price retired as a Special Agent in Charge (SAC) in 2006.
