Ovidiu Bujorean, MPA, MBA Celebrated for Dedication to Building Impactful Ventures

An expert in his field, Mr. Bujorean holds a bachelor's degree from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, a master's degree in organizational and business psychology from the University of Bucharest, a master's degree in governance and institutional development from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies, and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. Subsequently, he expanded his professional knowledge, receiving an MBA in entrepreneurship and innovation technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Dedicated to continued education, Mr. Bujorean also completed various certifications through Duke University, the University of Cape Town, and the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Bujorean is not just a professional in his field, but also a dedicated community contributor. He founded LEADERS Romania as the first nationwide organization to identify and grow leaders from all aisles of society. The organization trained to date over 40,000 young entrepreneurs and most notably, it cultivated a new state of mind that advocated for a selfless commitment in bringing societal change which was critical in restoring a vibrant civic culture previously tarnished by over 45 years of communism.

Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, Mr. Bujorean credits his success to his family and his involvement with AIESEC Romania. This global student-run organization, for which he was elected President twice, provided him with practical skills and fundraising experience. He also notes that he would not be where he is today without his passion for learning and intends to advance the pursuit of continued learning and breakthrough innovation to empower people and ideas to manifest potential at its fullest.
