With a deep well of experience in the areas of application development, custom software development, database development and security programming, he bears fluency in a number of programming languages, database systems, software scripts and operating systems. Having established JOSTALY in 2023, Mr. Thielemann is primarily responsible for overseeing the engineering and administrative aspects of his firm.
Mr. Thielemann initially served as a software engineer at Bitleap LLC – prior to its acquisition by Barracuda Networks Inc. in 2008. The company had been recognized as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Pennsylvania. Following this period, he went on to work as an embedded software engineer for Microtech Solutions LLC. Mr. Thielemann subsequently joined Barracuda as a software engineer in 2013, where he remained active for nearly a decade. In this role, he availed himself as an escalation engineer on a small team that was tasked with identifying, prioritizing and resolving bugs for customers, resulting in a significant reduction in technical support calls and an overall increase in product stability across the board.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Thielemann has achieved great success in developing innovative operating systems that consistently lead to valuable breakthroughs. As a testament to his accomplishments, he received multiple awards from the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. His latest venture, a software company with a patent
pending design that is more than an operating system or librar, he believes it represents a significant leap forward, one that will bring about transformative changes that will be felt in due time.
Mr. Thielemann first studied computer science at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where he specialized in embedded programming and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2008. During this time, he was inducted into the honorable society of Upsilon Pi Epsilon.
In accounting for his success, Mr. Thielemann credits his strong work ethic, as well as his dedication and willingness to put in long hours when necessary. His determination and perseverance continue to drive him forward until he succeeds at whatever task he has set himself to.
