Remember the first time you beat Super Mario Brothers or saw the beauty which was the release of the next game station with all its glory? What about every player’s glorious moment when they sit down play a game and realize this will do, yes this will do? By far do not we all know that feeling of playing a game excelling and very abruptly letting the world know in a fit of grandiose extravagance?
We play video games specifically MMORPG’s to enjoy not just our own skills but those of our fellow players for there is nothing more satisfying than a glorious opponent that refuses to give up, that’s true glory! Do we not play to play with friends and enemies for the simple joy that the parts can be interchangeable and foes shall be friends? As gamers we all call upon that inner source, that gaming spirit that “hadouken” and let our art flow which is gaming thus enjoying its fruits. Thus I do not call far to gamers that know this for we do and this is the feeling that hundreds of thousands of gamers felt with the award winning online MMORPG Fantasy Earth: Zero which was wrongfully taken from a fan base stronger than ever.
Be it realized and noted in all far extremes and close negotiations this is not a plea but a shout, a shout of 100,000 gamer’s war cries for the return of not only a well loved game, but an award winning one. Why such a cry one should ask and investigate the reasons that set such forces to call among gamers near and far? These calls are set forth on simple rational bases followed with a fan base of players done wrong by poor management of a well loved tree of gaming life gone dry and sour. There is no kind way to put it and I shall set forth the reasoning for it so that first and next generation players shout to bring back Fantasy Earth: Zero is not only legitimate but well founded.
Fantasy Earth: Zero was an online MMORPG taken away in its prime due to the following facts, facts henceforth to be known and resounded in obvious agreement by forums and fan base. Fantasy Earth: Zero created by Square Enix and hosted by GamepotUSA failed due to the fact that those in control of this well loved game knew not what they do failing hundred of thousands of players in the process. Kind words and well laid words can not deny the fact that GamepotUSA via means of poor management denied this unique gaming experience for future gamers in the United States and Europe. Within the hands of GamepotUSA failings on their part is bound and extreme starting with the marketing. Fantasy Earth: Zero was originally by most players found on anime sites and the likes thus henceforth gaming forums after. This award winning online MMORPG that won since 2007 to 2012 WebMoney Best Game was originally taken from NA under false pretenses in an effort to save face. Due to the facts of not just poor marketing and management but the most apparent, cash flow due to the result of free in-game arbs (that’s in-game store cash) via survey give aways and multiple exclusive item give aways.
The cancer that truly destroyed Fantasy Earth: Zero like all cancers originated from within. Even greater to the shame was the blame on the actual players who not only adored the online MMORPG but blamed as being not efficient enough to keep the game going. Upsetting this was and still is, which by note probably adds to the volatility and passion of the well kept fan based player base that still pushes for Fantasy Earth: Zero’s return. Facts remain and shall be seen and listed so, for there is no need for explanation or reason when simple facts retain the truest essence of Truth.
1> GamespotUSA was given Fantasy Earth: Zero despite being a small website with little cash flow for advertisement.
2> Most people who found out about Fantasy Earth: Zero had to already know about it or get lucky enough to view it on a display advertisement on anime like sites.
3> To increase members GamepotUSA used spammy surveys that were not only annoying but intrusive that gave away free Arbs (in-game money). Making cash flow into game almost nil.
4> GamepotUSA relentlessly continued giving away free limited time offer exclusive items via ONRPG.com and other such sites.
5> The in-game GM’s were not properly trained and allowed certain hacks that devalued actual game play via latency issues and obvious hacks. This caused the few players they had to not enjoy the game as much as they should have or just up and leave.
6> Latency issues that allowed players to cheat were not limited and at times made the greatest online MMORPG ever disagreeable when jin fact it was award winning and not yet realized in the NA.
Recently GamepotUSA has merged with Areia Games, so think its time for us as gamers to say hey you got treasure in your vaults and we wanna play. No longer should Future generations be denied a 6 year unique one of a kind award winning game. Plus Aeria Games with millions leaving World of Warcraft for Free to Play games this is a great opportunity for Aeria Games to bring in an award winning strong player base game like Fantasy Earth Zero
