He later transitioned to public finance, holding positions at Fairmount Capital Advisors and Public Financial Management. Eventually, he moved into personal and business planning, taking leadership roles at ING and Penn Mutual before founding his own firm, Keystone Asset Management Strategies (KeyAMS), specializing in estate, investment, and financial planning.

Mr. Barol has continually expanded his professional knowledge, earning certifications as a Behavioral Finance Adviser (BFA), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).
