Before entering the music sector, she honed her skills and knowledge in the banking industry as a vice president at Citigroup Inc. after working as an intern and project manager at First National Bank of Chicago.
Ms. Sullivan's accomplishments are numerous and varied. She is very proud of successfully transitioning out of banking to develop a thriving record label with her church that eventually became Kingdom Records. Her expertise is further solidified through her involvement with prestigious organizations that, including serving as the executive director of the Chicago Urban Music Film Festival Organization and a member of the Grammy Awards Recording Academy.
A strong educational background played a pivotal role in Ms. Sullivan's success. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance from DePaul University in 1984, and her artist Shekinah Glory Ministry has gold and platinum certifications granted by the Recording Industry Association of America.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Sullivan is deeply committed to civic engagement and has contributed significantly to various organizations, including the Cancer Research Institute and her local church. Her company achievements have also been recognized with numerous awards, such as the Best Documentary Series at the Orlando Film Festival, a Stellar Award from The Stellar Gospel Music Awards and the Women of Excellence Award from WE Made.
