Shonell Dargan
An up and coming R&B and Pop singing talent, Shonell ‘Nelly’ Dargan, is a proud Indigenous Australian aged 19 living in Campbeltown, N.S.W.
At the tender age of 2, Shonell was introduced to the music stage by her Nan to give her confidence with singing, her most recent performances include the Close The Gap festival for NITV and a live T.V. appearance on SBS’s Living Black performing her rendition of Sarah McLachlan’s ‘Arms of the Angel’.
Working alongside Banton Brothers in the ‘ADAPT’ program, for young aboriginal artists, Shonell has performed her song ‘Just One People’ and is soon to be releasing this single.
With her unique style and sensational voice, Banton Music have written a captivating first single for this up and coming young artist "Just One People" will be performed for the first time at the Sorry festival on Friday the 24th in Liverpool NSW.
