Throughout Southern California, businesses that had previously operated out of home offices are making the move to retail spaces. This marks a pivotal transformation for industries like mortgage lending and real estate, both of which underwent changes that forced its most successful businesses to scale back during the economic downturn. Seemingly in droves, those businesses are now moving back into downtown office spaces where clients can have access to them more easily and conveniently.
Ocean West Realty, a full service real estate, property management and home loan resource for buyers and renters throughout Southern California, is one such business. The agency announced it is expanding to a new Lake Elsinore office space in early June. The location is one that is centrally convenient for clients throughout Riverside County and surrounding Southern California areas.
“We are growing to a point that we felt having a store front retail style office on a busy street – just off the freeway, in particular – would be beneficial for continued growth of the company,” Robert Hacker, president of Ocean West Realty, said this week. “But more importantly, the new location will make it much more convenient for our tenants in the rentals we manage to stop whenever they choose.” He cites dropping off rent checks as one of the tasks for which tenants prefer an accessible downtown location.
The new office space will also provide room for an additional work station, so that the agency can add one or more employees to streamline operations and provide a fuller menu of solutions to clients. “We are excited about this change, and are ready to continue providing our outstanding services to buyers, sellers, renters and landlords,” Hacker said. “Now, we will provide those services from our new, highly professional office space in one of Riverside County’s most historic cities.”
