Work Truck Week is More Than a Trade Show™, providing commercial vehicle industry professionals with unmatched opportunities to explore the latest trucks, equipment and trends; learn new ideas and solutions that can impact their operations; and connect with the people and companies they need to thrive. It encompasses The Work Truck Show®, Green Truck Summit, NTEA Annual Meeting, Work Truck Week Ride & Drive, educational sessions, and more.
"This year, we're emphasizing the many ways Work Truck Week increasingly gives you more: more equipment, more connections and more answers," says Steve Carey, NTEA president & CEO. "From an exhibit hall packed with innovative new vehicles, equipment and technology to an educational conference second to none, Work Truck Week is where the business of commercial vehicles gets done."
More vehicles and equipment
The massive Work Truck Show exhibit hall showcases commercial vehicles, equipment and other products – many revealed during Work Truck Week – from 500 companies. It's open March 6–8. In addition to the main exhibit hall, New Exhibitor Pavilion is a dedicated display space for showcasing first-time exhibitors March 6–7.
Attendees can experience commercial vehicles with the latest advanced technology and propulsion systems during Work Truck Week Ride & Drive March 6–7.
More insights and solutions
Green Truck Summit, NTEA's full-day advanced vehicle and fuel technology conference on March 5, provides information and resources in support of the commercial vehicle industry's drive toward greater sustainability, productivity and efficiency. It offers intensive sessions led by industry experts, government representatives, fleets, and commercial vehicle and equipment manufacturers on clean energy trends and operational insights on the path to zero emissions.
More education and training
The 2024 educational program March 5–7 includes a range of in-depth Special Sessions and shorter Breakout Sessions focused on ideas and strategies to help improve efficiency, implement best practices and enhance operational growth. The exclusive commercial vehicle Chassis Update Sessions return with 12 commercial vehicle OEMs and three EV manufacturers sharing vehicle changes and upfitting solutions. In response to the industry's ongoing challenges with employee recruitment and retention, Work Truck Week offers an expanded series of Workforce Development Sessions, which are free and available to all WTW24 registrants.
More connections and opportunities
In addition to the many informal opportunities to connect with colleagues throughout Work Truck Week, there also are several official events on the agenda.
The industry's first major gathering of the year is Opening Reception at Lucas Oil Stadium on March 5. Generation Next, an industry professional development group, hosts a Leadership Workshop & Networking Reception on March 6. On March 7, Jerome "The Bus" Bettis and Emmitt Smith, two of the National Football League's greatest running backs, team up as keynote speakers at NTEA Annual Meeting. This popular event includes breakfast and updates on NTEA resources and initiatives.
