A seasoned educational leader, her research focus is finding original ideas for systematic structures in schools and companies looking for modern solutions to change their learning communities.
Over the years, Dr. Stines maintained the mission of the schools with which she has worked, supported progressive education standards, and developed strategic partnerships with others to nurture the schools' needs. Driven to remain aware of ongoing industry changes, she aligns herself with several organizations, including The Association of Boarding Schools and the National Association of Independent Schools. An expert in her field, she holds an EdD in educational leadership and management, specializing in creativity and innovation from Drexel University.
Her dissertation and research focus on teacher exceptionalism, experiential learning, community belonging, and cultivating agency and organizational change. While her career has been filled with highlights, the cornerstone of her success lies in empowering students to celebrate their authentic selves. She credits her ambition and success due to the unwavering support of family and lifelong friends. Looking ahead, Dr. Stines intends to serve as a Head of School, run for public office, and, most importantly, continue championing change in the field of education.
