Ms. Young is a tenured global real estate advisor at Premier Sotheby's International Realty who has been affiliated with the real estate firm since 2011. Constantly breaking records, Ms. Young sold her first $8 million home in 2013. She later closed a $6.7 million deal on Anna Maria Island. Recognizing her success, she was featured on the HGTV television show "Beach House" in 2018. Ms. Young also recently began hosting and producing the Emmy-nominated reality television show "The American Dream." The first episode was shot in February 2023 for the Sarasota Manatee Association for Riding Therapy (SMART), an equine therapy program helping children and adults, and is presently airing on ABC, CBS, Apple TV, and other streaming platforms.
Ms. Young began her career in the industry in 2004 as an associate at Fortune International Realty. She subsequently spent two years with Home and Business Realty as a part of The Miami Real Estate Team from 2009 to 2011. Prior to working in real estate, Ms. Young owned and operated the Wilder Farm Inn in Vermont, a bed and breakfast that was once a farmhouse dating to 1859 that she had renovated. She also worked in management in the fine dining hospitality sector.
Giving back to her community, Ms. Young frequently volunteers with the Sarasota Habitat for Humanity in Florida. She also donates to local charities and businesses in Anna Maria and supports Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
Well-qualified in her field, Ms. Young received certification as a negotiation expert and luxury home marketing specialist and recognition in the Million Dollar GUILD. Ms. Young speaks fluent English and Italian.
