Eve Loren Goldstein has been Inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who's Who Biographical Registry

CALABASAS, CA, June 15, 2023 - Eve Loren Goldstein has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Recognized for nearly 30 years of dedication to the fields of learning disabilities and psychology, Dr. Goldstein is a founder of Westchester Child Therapy, Calabasas Child & Adolescent Psychology, and the Child Parent Educator Collective. To these roles, she brings an expertise in child psychology and learning disabilities, as well as a deep passion for helping young people and making a difference in society. A leader in her profession, Dr. Goldstein's success has earned her recognition in her community with a City's Best Award for Psychology in 2021 and 2022.

Dr. Goldstein's interest in psychology and learning disabilities was sparked in her early childhood by her own personal learning journey; in her youth, she had a reading disability that went undetected for some time. It was not until a knowledgeable individual took interest in her situation that she truly began to flourish and become successful. Today, she is proud of her role in helping hundreds of families build their children's confidence and their ability to thrive at school, at home and in their community, as well as her work training other professionals in executive functioning and social-emotional learning.

In 2022, Dr. Goldstein co-founded the Child Parent Educator (CPE) Collective, an organization that helps parents, teachers and students learn the skills needed to build positive, strong communities. Adjacent to this work, she also directs and serves patients at Calabasas Child and Adolescent Psychology and Westchester Child Therapy. Previously, she was affiliated with Child Development Associates as a child and adolescent psychology and learning disabilities specialist from 2004 to 2013, and she served as an adjunct professor with the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology from 2003 to 2005.

Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Dr. Goldstein studied at Washington University in St. Louis, earning a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 1994. She went on to obtain a Master of Arts in learning disabilities from Northwestern University in 1995 and a Doctor of Psychology in school-clinical child psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology – Yeshiva University in 2003. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Columbia University's Department of Psychiatry and the New York State Psychiatric Institute, as well as externships at Montefiore Medical Center's Adolescent Suicide and Depression Program, New York-Presbyterian Hospital's Bard House Child Day Program, and the Scarsdale Public Schools. She commenced her career as a learning disabilities specialist/evaluator with Lake Shore Neuropsychological Services from 1996 to 1997.

As a commitment to her profession, Dr. Goldstein is an active member of the American Psychological Association. She also contributes to national news organizations sharing information with Authority Magazine, Modern Mom, Your Teen, Forbes, CBS, Fox, ABC, and NBC. Dr. Goldstein is passionate about addressing the challenges that arise at the intersection of education and mental health.

Outside of work, she is married with three children; in her free time, she enjoys art and travel, as well as volunteering in her community. Looking toward the future, she hopes to expand and offer more community-based training both nationally and internationally.
