Driven by a passion for service, adventure, and learning, Ms. Gallagher presently excels as a health care litigation attorney with Daponde Simpson Rowe PC, also known as DSR Health Law. She has enjoyed a varied legal career working with firms specializing in different areas of law. Firms like Laplante & Spinelli; Dreyer, Babich, Buccola & Callaham, LLP; Lenahan, Lee, Slater & Pearse, LLP; Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP and more gave Ms. Gallagher the opportunity to develop litigation skills while learning about personal injury, workers' compensation subrogation, employment law, professional malpractice, and others. Ms. Gallagher also owned law firms as a solo practitioner and as a partner of Barredo Frieh LLP and Gallagher Jones LLP. As her own boss, she litigated and practiced transactional law, serving the legal needs of estate planning and business clients. Some of her most memorable experiences include representing Brigadier General Chuck Yeager (the first pilot to break the sound barrier) and litigating against companies like Versace and FedEx. Ms. Gallagher became an attorney in 2007 after changing careers from the call center service industry where she worked in leadership positions at Earthlink.net, OneMain.com, and The Grid.net. She was also part-owner of Virtual World Cafe. Among this variety of career experiences, Ms. Gallagher regards her experience as a choreographer and dancer with the Orchesis Dance Company of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo among the most memorable of her life.

Ms. Gallagher received a Bachelor of Arts in political science with minors in philosophy and dance from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in 1999. Subsequently, Ms. Gallagher earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 2006. Aside from work, Ms. Gallagher's passions shine through her involvement with her local Rotary Club and other volunteer/non-profit interests. A Rotarian since 2017, Ms. Gallagher has taken on roles as newsletter editor, advisor to the River City High School Interact Club, and District 5180 Interact Chair. She also sits on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations and enjoys volunteering for her local Meals on Wheels.

In recognition of her educational and professional achievements, Ms. Gallagher was inducted into the Traynor Honor Society via the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law. Likewise, she was named a Northern California Rising Star in 2017 and has been a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2019. Her decision to specialize in health care law came after several life-changing events starting with an epilepsy diagnosis in 2019. Living with epilepsy has given her a greater appreciation for self-care and for pursuing what she considers most important in life.
