Prior to stepping into her current role, Ms. Bond amassed extensive experience in health care, working for 25 years in the field. In addition to her career, she concurrently pursued her education, obtaining a bachelor's degree in health care administration from the University of Phoenix in 2019. An exceptionally hard worker, she considers her educational attainments to be her greatest success; while she grew up in a low-income family and faced significant challenges, she completed high school and graduated college with a 3.93 GPA, all while juggling full-time work and full-time parenting. Ms. Bond credits her parents for their steadfast dedication and for instilling in her a powerful work ethic. Her career trajectory has been positively impacted by many leaders investing in her throughout her career.
