Subsequently, he received a Master of Public Policy from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. In light of his professional achievements, he has received several fellowships, including the Charles F. Scott Fellowship, the Michael S. Dukakis Governors' Summer Fellowship, and a fellowship through the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.
Though his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Golosker takes the most pride in supporting the creation of the UnitedHealthcare post-discharge transition of care program, wherein they bundled different products to increase member engagement and program adoption and reduce avoidable hospital re-admissions. The cornerstone of his success lay in never accepting the status quo.
