WALDORF, Md., May 26, 2021 - The Community Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: TCFC) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about July 23, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 12, 2021.
