Nantasha Williams Receives Over 10 Endorsements, Backed by Numerous Unions

QUEENS, N.Y. - May 4, 2021 - With two months until the primary election, District 27 New York City Council Candidate announced today even more endorsements from labor unions and organizations. DC37 AFSCME AFL-CIO, 32BJ SEIU, 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East, United Federation of Teachers (UFT), Council of School Supervisors and Administrators (CSA) and Liuna-NY all voiced their support for Nantasha Williams candidacy.

"Williams's vision and ideas for District 27 are impactful," said 1199SEIU Political Director Gabby Seay. "She is deeply involved in the Queens community and we need a councilmember of her experience and tenacity to fight for our healthcare workers and frontline heroes. We know she will be a great representative for District 27."
