Paul's practice is concentrated in environmental and toxic tort litigation with an emphasis on federal, state, and local permitting and regulatory compliance across a broad spectrum of traditional and developing industries, including real estate, hospitality, industrial expansion, renewable energy, and unmanned aerial systems (drones). He also provides land use and zoning counseling and assists new and expanding businesses maximize available economic incentives to facilitate relocation and growth.
