2020 was the year of the unthinkable and Black women bore the brunt of many of the hardships that were brought on by the pandemic. Black women experienced trauma on multiple levels, including loss of employment, the loss of loved ones, the loss of a spouse, the loss of a business, and in some cases, the loss of good health and many Black women loss themselves... to fear, uncertainty and loneliness.
