CINCINNATI - March 29, 2021 - Relevate Health Group and Arteric, leaders in local and national Healthcare Provider marketing via machine learning and data, appoints three new members to its Board of Directors.
Michael Darviche, Cynthia Schwalm and Christopher French will assist senior leadership with developing strategies for future expansion and growth.

Darviche, a long-time technology, digital and data executive, has led company transformations for Marsh Inc and Acxiom. He has served as CEO, GM, Chief Marketing,
Chief Strategy and Chief Digital Officer for VC backed and public companies. Today his firm, Bridge22, builds and leads organic and inorganic growth programs for high growth companies in product, marketing and M&A.
Schwalm is a senior life sciences executive with decades of strategic and operational leadership experience developing and expanding healthcare organizations in the pharmaceutical, start-up and bio-tech industries. Schwalm held senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Eisai and Ipsen, and received numerous leadership awards and recognitions.
French is a seasoned healthcare and corporate development professional with more than 30 years of experience in successful M&A transactions. In addition to his M&A expertise, French held senior leadership positions at two healthcare technology businesses and has 25 years of Board experience across three private equity-backed companies.
