As a journalist and professional corporate comedian, Greg's background led to the creation of A COMEDIAN CRASHES YOUR PAD. The show offers a hilarious and insightful look at the unique people who open their equally unique properties to strangers. Greg states, "I walked away from a successful career as a television journalist to make people laugh for a living. But I quickly realized the job of a standup comedian is more than just telling jokes onstage. It's about observing, and listening to people, and translating their stories. So, when the home-sharing industry took off, I realized the world is full of fascinating people willing to let strangers into their homes. I wanted to meet those people, hear their stories, and record my interactions with them. That's how "A Comedian Crashes Your Pad" was born."
On March 13, Greg will headline the Savannah Comedy Revue and, simultaneously, shoot an episode featuring all this city of southern charm has to offer. Included with being an interview with Savannah Mayor Van Johnson, a visit to a store that sells only salt, and a segment featuring a symphony orchestra playing alongside an army of food trucks. Viewers will also see Greg live on stage, riffing about his Savannah experiences. And, of course, he will crash a unique Savannah property and meet the owner while the cameras roll.
In his interview with Savannah Magazine, Greg stated, "Savannah has always been on top of my travel list to visit and experience that southern charm myself. I can't wait until I can crash my pad and make new southern friends."
