New eBook The Bedside Report Helps Perspective Nurses Avoid Pitfalls in Pursuing Their Careers

LOS ANGELES - Feb. 19, 2021 - The nursing shortage is the bane of every society these days, and, with the COVID-19 pandemic, the globalization of heroic nurses has pushed the notion that, indeed, nurses are at the top of the must-have list. Even more crucial, statistics indicate there will be a massive shortage of nurses in the future; in fact, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), "Nearly 6 million more nurses will be needed by 2030 to deliver the higher standards of healthcare needed once the COVID-19 pandemic has passed."

Since 2018, Nurse Clayton has advocated for this need by developing programs and other vehicles for success to help support those interested in the nursing profession and reaching higher education within the nursing platform.

States Clayton: "Many students are not able to get into nursing programs readily, and some feel that becoming a nurse is impossible, yet the nursing community falls short for enthusiastic educators. I thought now is the time to publish a book to help individuals that need a push in the right direction to continue what I started in previous years."

An interesting read, "The 5 W's That Can Put an Ache in Your Successful Nursing Career: The Bedside Report" will help the reader to recognize how to avoid the pitfalls as a student in becoming a seasoned professional. "I wanted to publish a book that is informative yet comforting to read and helps one to remove obstacles that block success."

The eBook utilizes common health-related topics and helps the reader define how certain ailments relate disconnects between making it and staying stagnant in today's market. The book is available on The Only Nurse Mona website @ https://theonlynursemona.com/store-1 and on Amazon.

"Giving back is the epitome of kindness, please join me to help build the next generation," states Clayton, Proceeds from the book project will go towards funding The Nurses Pub non-profit organization which provides needed resources for students globally."
