have the (a) feeling 有着……的感觉，仿佛是……

可以用为 have the (a) feeling (that) 主语+动词的形态，that 后面的部分 the (a) feeling 可以解释具体的感受内容。后面如果接 of 或 about 的话就表示“对……有感觉”。
