Founder, Shante Randolph, and Executive Director, Demetrice Nelson, have been promoting hiring for freight agent & experienced dispatcher positions, with an overarching mission to not only give job opportunities, but also offer personal development growth through mentorship.

Randolph, who currently operates as CEO and President, will oversee Broker & Carrier day-to-day operations. In her new role, Randolph, along with Nelson, will also oversee operations such as scheduling, maintenance, information technology, and sales and marketing, as well as assist with the company's strategic growth.

Before starting Randolph Elite Fleet, Randolph was a mover and shaker as a Class A CDL Holder for five years.
