Lanardo Myrick attest that the conspiracy charge was erroneous due to the fact that he was the only on charged. Conspiracy on it face is a charge involving two or more persons. The motion to be filed contest that he was subjected to charges that we illegal because of the Ex post facto law. This law is a law that retroactively changes the legal consequences (or status) of actions that were committed, or relationships that existed, before the enactment of the law. Ex post facto criminalization is also prohibited by Article 7 of the European Convention on Human Rights, Article 15 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and Article 9 of the American Convention on Human Rights. There is a need for many to rise up and stop this. Even having erroneous book like book written that change facts and truths to make a buck must be stopped. Confederacy of Silence is one of those blood sucker works of fiction that assist in the false narrative of many black that encounter the American criminal justice system.
