WASHINGTON - Dec. 23, 2020 - The US High Speed Rail Association is pleased to announce that HDR has joined the Association to increase their involvement with High Speed Rail in America. With the new incoming Biden administration, the nation is set to rapidly expand high speed rail. Biden has promised to expand America's rail network to make it the "cleanest, safest, and fastest rail system in the world." And with nationwide investment, he plans to "spark the second great railroad revolution" and build new high speed rail projects all across America as part of a major jobs stimulus.

"HDR is a global engineering leader with vast experience and broad expertise that will be a great asset to building high speed rail across America. They are also global leaders in TOD (transit oriented development) which leverages rail investments for improving communities for everyone."
