Burnish Creative Hires Vikram Jayakumar as Vice President of Operations

LOS ANGELES - Dec. 10, 2020 - Burnish Creative, a leading post-production and creative firm based in Los Angeles, Calif., has hired Vikram (Vik) Jayakumar as vice-president of operations. Jayakumar leaves his post-production executive position at Quibi to join the leadership team at Burnish Creative.

"I want to initially focus on scaling the company's infrastructure and workflows as we continue to grow our business model," said Jayakumar. "My additional priorities include expanding our offerings for Dolby Vision, HDR 10, ProTools mix for scripted and unscripted content, as well as developing intellectual property and crafting new partnerships."

Burnish Creative grew its business 60 percent last year through the addition of multiple high-profile clients by focusing on offline, online, graphics, production, and special projects. In early March, Burnish pivoted to remote capabilities and throughout the pandemic, the company continued to add creative technological and project management talent.
