ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Nov. 30, 2020 - Locally owned Japanese Martial Arts Center (JMAC) offers a remote bootcamp workout during pandemic restrictions.
The JMAC18 bootcamp workout is made up of intense interval training, great for people who like variety, like to challenge themselves, and are short on time. Each class includes a variety of exercises to build strength, endurance, and agility. But unlike a lot of bootcamps that use repetitive workouts, JMAC values intensity and variety over duration.
The JMAC18 is a different 18-minute workout every class, focusing on functional movements, strength, agility, balance, and stamina. Every exercise can be personalized to accommodate different levels of fitness.
Classes might include bodyweight exercises, kettlebell drills, sandbags, and more, with a focus on variety.
JMAC believes a good bootcamp workout always does the following:
• Exercises different muscle groups
• Incorporates aerobic and muscle building exercises
• Allows participants to stay within safe limits of exertion
• Includes both simple and complex motions
• Keeps participants interested and engaged
We think the JMAC18 is the simplest bootcamp on the planet, and might just be the best 18 minutes of your day. We invite you to try a class for free.
