Pop Up Weddings Destinations Provides Places to Get Married in Mexico Right Now

NEW YORK - Aug. 19, 2020 - Have you ever imagined getting married underwater? How about having a cenote as the scenery of your ceremony? Or maybe during a Hot Air Balloon ride? How does it sound to have a wedding with no guests?

These are some of the possibilities offered by Pop Up Weddings Destinations, a project designed for Elopement Weddings and Mini Weddings, with a maximum of 15 guests. This celebration includes a ceremony, a cake, and a photoshoot. All done in a 3-hour span.

The pandemic has forced companies to innovate in their touristic products. This new proposal puts Mexico again as a spearhead in Latin American destinations by presenting romance experiences with differentiating value. "Joining this worldwide group with Pop Up Weddings will promote our country's top destinations for weddings and romance experiences. It is an honor for us to present this unique, innovative project that will help revive this tourist segment that has suffered so much during this COVID-19," mention Guadalupe and Ilse.

The two destinations chosen to be the first locations for Pop Up Weddings Destinations Mexico are San Miguel de Allende and the Haciendas of the State of Yucatan.

The heart of Mexico is in the hands of the wedding planner Guadalupe Alvarez, who leads the team in this magical town through her destination wedding company Penzi Bodas.

"San Miguel de Allende is a beautiful colonial town in the center of Mexico. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site, with romantic streets and amazing venues. The weather is amazing most of the year. It is also Conde Nast traveler's 2nd best city to visit in 2020," explains Guadalupe Alvarez. "A typical wedding tradition in the region is the callejoneadas, a parade with music, mariachis, big puppets, a donkey and lots of fun. It also involves cultural experiences filled with traditions of our Mexican charming towns."

The wedding planner Ilse Diamant (https://www.luxuryromanceambassador.com/) is in charge of the paradisiac beaches and the famous Mexican haciendas. She leads the team in this magical corner of Mexico through her company, Diamant Events.

Haciendas of Yucatan are jewels of an era gone by, now converted into luxurious hotels, restaurants or museums, Yucatecan haciendas offer a historical and sensational experience. They have been restored respecting the original architecture so that we can make a trip to the past and know its importance in the history and culture of Yucatan.
