CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Aug. 1, 2020 -FullHR, a company devoted to serving small and midsize companies with end to end customized human resource solutions and comprehensive employee benefit packages, has announced Gayle Martin as its new Chief Operating Officer. As of August 1, Martin will manage the administrative efforts of the company and provide strategic leadership to the FullHR client service teams.
The promotion comes just one year after Martin was recruited to the company, initially in the role of Client Liaison and Account Manager. In this role, she worked closely with many of FullHR's largest clients, providing guidance on group 401ks and other benefit programs. Her success in this position won the attention of Gregg Taylor, the company's founder.
"Since arriving at FullHR, Gayle has embodied all of our most closely-held values, including our commitment to outstanding customer service," comments Taylor. "That makes her the perfect candidate to fill this critical leadership position."
Before arriving at FullHR, Martin accumulated more than 20 years of experience as a controller, plus two years as a financial advisor. Her sales experience, plus securities licensure, provided the foundation she needed to work with large-group clients at FullHR.
"What I love about FullHR is getting to work directly with clients, but also to work alongside so many exemplary, service-minded professionals," says Martin. "I look forward to continued opportunities to provide a comprehensive spectrum of HR solutions to our clients."
