Get Out! Magazine Presents Encore Performance to Benefit Homeless Youth

NEW YORK - June 22, 2020 - In May of this year, Get Out! Magazine and producer Jason E. Abrams presented the online special, "Get IN: Get Out! Magazine & Friends for The Ali Forney Center" - a fundraiser benefiting the Ali Forney Center (an organization which helps homeless LGBTQ youth). Due to the overwhelming response of that event, a special expanded encore presentation with added celebrities and performances will stream via YouTube during NYC Pride Weekend on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 8 pm EST. "The Ali Forney Center is where many of these young individuals can be safely fed and housed. This benefit will help them continue to do so. Get IN's diverse lineup of caring entertainers, philanthropists and LGBTQ community advocates will show these youths that they are worthy of our support."

The ongoing mission of the Ali Forney Center is to protect LGBTQ+ youth from the harms of homelessness and empower them with the tools needed to live independently. For more information, log onto https://aliforneycenter.donordrive.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=donate.event&eventID=1
