In March during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company began allowing employees to work remotely. In the wake of the pandemic, employees may still come into the office to work if they choose while practicing the state of Ohio's social distancing guidelines. The decision was based on the company's positive reaction to working remotely, with production at an all-time high.
