WARRENTON, Ore. - June 9, 2020 - The animal welfare & humane education charity organization, Protect Them All (PTA), has just announced an expansion of its education & training scholarship programs. Anti-aversives, certified animal behavior consultants will develop and provide individualized programs for each scholarship recipient, in order to increase access to and skills in humane, anti-aversives animal behavior modification, training, and well-being.
Executive director Jordan explains: "We at Protect Them All know that our desire to move society from a culture of hurt and despair to a culture of kindness and well-being has always existed in a larger scope than our field of specialty. Nevertheless, there is always something each of us can do. For example, we at PTA can work harder to help those who have less opportunity. Because inequalities are significant across society even in the professions related to animal behavior and well-being, we are adding a new scholarship set aside for people of color, so that they may have more options for access to anti-aversives education and training. Only in equity can we also have kindness and well-being."
Protect Them All's motto:
Protect Them All offers enduring programs to improve the lives of animals and their humans—because true love = kindness + responsibility.
Protect Them All's Mission:
Develop and provide services to improve protection of companion animals (specifically but not exclusively canines), help elevate their well-being and status in society, and increase lifesaving without the use of intimidation, force, fear, or pain-leveraging methods and tools. PTA's public awareness & education programs seek to increase understanding and skills in humans and increase care, safety, and well-being for animals. Successful implementation of PTA's programs leads to a decrease in abuse, harm, abandonment, and neglect.
"We are committed to working with the public toward the goal of replacing heartbreak with happiness in the realm of animals and their guardians," said Jordan.

About Protect Them All
Protect Them All (including its sub-program The Fearful Dogs Project) is a 501(c)3 organization guided by goals of safety and well-being. PTA views "rescue" as a principle that should drive myriad practices leading to safe, well, and happy animals, and therefore offers a variety of programs aimed at lifesaving via the protection of companion animals, education of their humans, and elevation of their societal status. Each of Protect Them All's projects is one star in a constellation of humane, anti-aversives education, training, and emotional/behavioral literacy programs for companion animals and their humans. Through these, PTA works toward a day when the revolving doors of suffering and surrender are replaced with completely capable forever homes.
