WINNIPEG, Manitoba - June 3, 2020 - Centum Financial Services Limited Partnership is pleased to partner with the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba to offer a new mortgage program for nurses, the first of its kind in Manitoba.
The Centum Mortgage Program for Nurses offers a discount off the lowest posted five-year fixed rates available. The program is available for purchases, renewals and refinances for anyone able to verify their status as a member of the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba.
"We are grateful to have identified a way to give back to the nurses of our province, especially during this time of global pandemic," said Adrian Schulz of Centum. "Let us take care of you so you can continue to take care of others."
Nurses who wish to take part in the program can begin by getting pre-qualified for a mortgage through a simple, secure online application. A licensed Mortgage Agent will review the application and request supporting documentation electronically as needed. Nurses then select their rate and term, and can get recommendations from the Mortgage Agent if they wish. After a review of mortgage documentation, the process is complete. Centum's process is designed to provide applicants with complete transparency and easy approvals in short timeframes.
The program becomes the latest of a number of perks nurses enjoy through a membership with the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba. Member nurses also have access to discounts with various businesses, including helpful insurance services, savings for travel and sports, among other opportunities.
"We look forward to helping the nurses of Manitoba find the best deals available for their mortgage loans," said Schulz.
