The program has always been a part of V2M's operations plan, but certain benchmark needed to be reach in order for it to be implemented. The company's core philosophy has to do with synergy and community, so creating a program that rewards the persons involved with helping the company grow was a no-brainier.
The unique aspects of the plan include an option for clients to participate in the program. This is a unprecedented move within the entertainment industry, but one the founders felt was necessary. "We work in a very fickle and fluctuating business, where many creatives have uncertainty about future income. Their representatives are able to maintain better cash reserves due to the nature of their business. With the current pandemic, we see just how fragile the entertainment industry can be.
