"As a full-time educator and lifelong learner, I am thrilled to announce becoming certified as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)." "This certification reflects the level of commitment I have to help my clients achieve their optimum health goals." "Over the last few years, I have helped clients sleep better, move more, make healthier food choices, decrease IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) symptoms and increase self-care and confidence," stated Martha McDuff.
Client testimonial: "Stressful life events have led me to have sleepless nights and make poor health choices. One of the most important characteristics of a great health coach is a passion for helping others become the best version of themselves. Martha's non-judgmental and extremely compassionate way of coaching has helped me piece together a vision for my personal health as well as a genuine ownership for accomplishing my goals. Her knowledge and encouragement have been crucial in helping me find a balance of exercise, healthy eating, and sleep. I would highly recommend Martha to anyone who wants to change their life and have a healthier lifestyle. Now is the perfect time to start that process from home!"
