LARCHMONT, N.Y. - May 6, 2020 - Edward Gajdosik, owner of the Larchmont, NY Allstate Premier Agency office, is celebrating an impressive milestone- five years serving his community's insurance needs, and that dedication to his customers is enduring even through the ongoing conronavirus pandemic.
With over 25 years in the financial services industry, Gajdosik originally started out with Allstate in 2015 when he purchased and grew an agency office in Harrison to over double its original size. In 2017 he purchased his current Allstate agency in Larchmont, NY, eventually selling the Harrison branch.
"It was a great opportunity to expand and grow our business," he said. "The Larchmont agency had 30 years of established history behind it. It was a family-owned agency, and the previous owner still actually consults for us."
Gajdosik's Allstate agency offers the full array of insurance coverage options for nearly any need, but specializes in auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.
With the current coronavirus pandemic sweeping the nation, Gajdosik feels it is important to note that his agency's services are still fully available, but temporarily altered to include safety and social distancing to ensure the health and well-being of his customers and staff.
"We're fully-functional, working from home remotely, and do most of our work over the phone. For the most part we're business as usual," he said. "A lot of agencies weren't prepared to work remotely, but we are and if people have family and friends who would like an insurance review or quote, we're happy to do that. In over 70 percent of our customer insurance reviews we find that people are either under insured, or over paying for their current policies."
In addition, Gajdosik's office had Allstate Premier Agency designation bestowed upon it in 2017 in recognition of his outstanding customer service and impressive growth record. Only 26 percent of Allstate's 10,000 agency owners nationwide can boast of this achievement.
In the end, Gajdosik said that getting his customers the right policies for their insurance needs and keeping the things they cherish safe has been worth all the hard work he's put in serving the Larchmont community.
"A lot of companies just focus on getting you the lowest price, but our goal is to make sure you have the proper protection in the most cost effective way possible," he said. "No one is in the road after they've had an accident saying, 'hopefully I have the cheapest insurance.' Our goal is to make sure that you have the proper protection first and foremost."
