CHANDLER, Ariz. - May 2, 2020 - The Directors of MBA Commercial Finance are pleased to announce Wren Martin will take over the new role of Vice President Finance.

In this position, Mr. Martin will be responsible to guide the company's efforts to help business owners receive the capital they need to restart and grow their business in the wake of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. An emphasis will be placed on small companies as defined by the SBA.

Mr. Martin joined the company in 2019, first serving as the Vice President of Real Estate. In that role he focused on Commercial Real Estate loans, Residential Fix & Flip short term financing, and Multi-Family Portfolio financing. He will continue to oversee the real estate department in his new role. There are no immediate plans to replace the position.

Before joining MBA Commercial Finance, Mr. Martin spent the previous twelve years leading the Arizona office of Mark IV Capital. He was responsible for Tenant Lease Negotiations and Retention, Tenant Improvement Build-out, and Property Management.
