PITTSBURGH - April 21, 2020 - StirrData's expertise in data analytics and logistics optimization combined with Axion Contact's capabilities in clinical outreach and in-home nursing will enable any public health department to track in real-time the progress of contact tracing and subsequent testing.
Individuals will be offered a choice of being tested at a testing center - operated by the local health department, or at home by a traveling nurse.
Under agreement with an authorized COVID-19 test kit producer, the partnership expects sufficient supply of tests to be available for the program's traveling nurses. Each patient tested will receive a follow-up phone call with results and additional guidance, when necessary. Reminder calls will be placed to those yet to complete their tests.
The partnership of StirrData and Axion Contact will efficiently coordinate the challenging process of identifying and locating individuals, ensuring testing, and the timely provision of data back to the tested and to the client.
