NASHVILLE, Tenn. - April 8, 2020 -Due to the State of Emergency declared by Governor Bill Lee - U.S. Pest Protection has announced the launch of their new disinfecting service – ViroCleanse.
ViroCleanse is a service of U.S. Pest Protection, designed to protect from the invisible, using current pest control industry products to clean & disinfect inside environments. The service is performed by U.S. Pest Professionals, using EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) approved disinfectant products, such as broad-spectrum viricide, a solution in which U.S. Pest has been using for years and which has also been proven effective by the EPA to use and disinfect against COVID-19 Coronavirus, bacteria, and a variety of other pathogens and viruses. According to the EPA, our disinfectant product is non-toxic, does not irritate, and is listed as environmentally friendly and safe.
U.S. Pest has more commercial and residential customers than any other private pest control company in Middle Tennessee. This fact alone is why U.S. Pest spearheaded the disinfecting movement in the Tennessee region.

U.S. Pest uses a two-stage process for their ViroCleanse disinfecting service and feels this method is the best method for treating inside environments.
First Step: A thorough treatment with the viricide with the wiping down of high touch surfaces, including doorknobs, desks, desk chairs, keyboards, phones, countertops and any hard high-touched trafficked surfaces.
Second Step: A broad mist application of our broad-spectrum viricide product is applied at full strength to cover surfaces that may hold bacteria and viruses on hard, non-porous surfaces such walls, flooring, sides of desks, carpeting, doors and bathrooms.
