WASHINGTON CROSSING, Pa. - March 30, 2020 -On Friday, March 27, 2020, results were announced in the 2020 Happening List® competition, recognizing the most happening people, places, organizations and events in the Philadelphia region. The widely anticipated contest is presented by Happenings Media through its digital brands: Bucks Happening, Montco Happening, Hunterdon Happening & Philly Happening. This year, the Happening List® garnered over 1.1 million votes across more than 280 categories that range from best contractor, to pizza, to charity.

Each year, the community rallies around the thousands of nominees who participate in the Happening List® competition. Readers vote for their favorites through online voting, which took place throughout January and February. This year's contest drew over 1.1 million votes. After an extensive audit period, winners and finalists are released through the Happening websites. And to the winners go the spoils; winners and finalists are invited to the Happening List Red Carpet Bash later this year. Winners will also be published in the 2020 Happening List Winner Book, a stunning coffee-table-style print publication that is distributed throughout the Philadelphia region.
