MAGNOLIA, Texas - March 25, 2020 - Local landmark donut shop in Magnolia, Texas for over 15 years is still open during this time of quarantine. Operating on increased hygiene and no dine-in procedures they are providing an easy go to for breakfast foods in this time of limited options.
The shop is family owned by three siblings with two of the owners on the Autism spectrum, and the third is disabled and limited to only leaving her house for doctor's appointments. It is also managed by their niece whom was recently in the news for fighting off a home invader bare handed, getting shot three times and still managed to save her babies and herself.
At the end of every day at every donut shop a bunch of donuts go to waste by being thrown away. During this time of need Sundale Donuts 4 has taken to boxing up all the extra donuts in their shop and asking on their Facebook page who needs donuts. Any donuts not given away through this means get taken to essential businesses such a grocery stores and donated to the employees there. Some essential businesses that have received donuts from us: HEB, Kroger's, Home Depot, Brookshire Brothers, and Tomball ER (In Magnolia).
The response has been terrific and heart warming.
