PEKIN, Ill. - March 9, 2020 - Trever Bierschbach teamed up with Chicago artist Rich Kunz, and three other authors, to bring a collaborative project, Realm of Thraul, to life. This is Trever's third book release since the release of Embers of Liberty, in October of 2018. He also writes as a journalist for gaming and comic interests on various sites from Highlandarrow.com to Fragsandbeer.com. He lives and works in Central Illinois, and has traveled and lived throughout the U.S. all his life.

Realm of Thraul is a fantasy world created by Rich Kunz, of Diligent Visual, and explores a world dominated by four factions struggling for power. The factions are based on the four suits in a traditional deck of cards, reimagined with their own unique themes, cultures, and abilities. The project is a collaborative one, with Rich creating the artwork and much of the design for the suits, while four authors create stories to give life and depth to Rich's amazing visuals.

Realm of Thraul: Spades Collector's Edition introduces the rulers of the city of Vaeteris. Edmun is the King of Spades, a strong king with an explosive temperament.
