INDIANAPOLIS - Feb. 25, 2020 - This isn't your typical spring training camp, there will be no push-ups, unless it's the push women small business owners need to grow their business.
Women across Indiana are invited to the Indiana Women Small Business Owners Network (IWSBON) Spring Training Camp on Saturday, March 14 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 1301 N. Goodlet Ave, in Indianapolis for a day to strengthen their businesses.
In addition to roundtable discussions and networking with other business owners, three featured speakers will cover topics ranging from legal issues to growing a network and creating a mindset for success.
"We want to be a resource for women small business owners," said Diana Beam, founder of IWSBON. "So many women are running their business without a support network they can interact with. They end up feeling isolated and often burn out quickly. We like to help them be the "wonder woman" they are, busy running a business while filling all the other roles they have in their hectic lives."
The event is open to woman business owners or any woman thinking about starting her own business. It will include an entrepreneurial exhibit of products and services available here in Indiana.
In addition to mentoring women small business owners, IWSBON actively supports area charities. Proceeds from this spring's event will benefit Ashlie's House, a non-profit organization that serves displaced women veterans. Participants are asked to bring a personal care item and receive a ticket for a raffle drawing held at the event.
Tickets are available at $49 which includes lunch and can be purchased at http://pr.Indianawonderwoman.com.
