WAUWATOSA, Wis. - Feb. 7, 2020 - Foti Chiropractic, a longstanding natural health care provider and active member of the Wauwatosa community, has received the Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Community Award in recognition of its ongoing charitable outreach and local involvement.
The award marks the second honor the chamber has granted the longtime Wauwatosa chiropractic clinic for its support of charitable organizations and the business community. Foti Chiropractic received the chamber's Regional Impact Award in 2015.
"We are tremendously honored to receive the Small Business Community Award, knowing that our clinic was chosen from a very active, dedicated group of chamber members," said Dr. David J. Foti. "We have always believed that part of doing business is being a good community steward, and tremendously enjoy the strong relationships that come from helping others."
This is the eighth consecutive year that Foti Chiropractic is donating fees from a special introductory chiropractic treatment package to Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, helping send children with serious illnesses on their dream vacations. Foti Chiropractic has raised more than $40,000 since 2013 to benefit seven Make-A-Wish recipients: Nikolas, Ella, Hanna, Elise, Mabel, Travis and Trinity.
Since 2017, Foti Chiropractic has donated hundreds of toys, and hundreds of dollars, to the Salvation Army's Toys for Tots program. Its doctors provide treatments to patients for donated toys and cash, in lieu of regular payments.

The award has numerous criteria to meet, including embracing a "give back" philosophy, and continually benefitting the community through volunteerism.
