ISSUE ONE:

Release: An excellent paying QVC member who pays his Q Card account every month starting at it's inception has now been sent to collections by QVC Easy Pay for $52.26 to damage his credit and more by QVC Credit via Synchrony Financial Bank. Mr. Donnelly whom has had said account for over a year now, never missed any payments, never paid late or requested any credit increases, just paid every month. A few months ago Margaret Keane, CEO Synchrony Financial Bank her credit dept via QVC Q Card sent Mr Donnelly a letter stating, " We are lowering your credit limit from $1,800.00 to $1,300.00 because of your credit report" Margaret Keane, CEO. Mr Donnelly's credit report had " nothing negative on it" yet had his excellent paid QVC Q Card credit line lowered by $500.00 because all he did was pay QVC Credit, QVC Q Card and Synchrony Financial Bank. Complaints had been filed.

ISSUE TWO:

Mr. Donnelly because of the "violations of the fair credit act" by QVC Credit, Synchrony Financial Bank, Margaret Keane, CEO was legally advised to close said account with QVC Credit which prevent no additional purchases to QVC nor said Q Card on said account. All that you can do is pay the account, which again Mr. Donnelly has continued to do every month. Mr Donnelly received in the mail a threat of collections letter from CEO Sumit Bahador of Nationwide Credit Inc in Des Monies, IA for QVC Credit Easy Pay for a collections threat for $52.26. Mr Donnelly alerted TDS Legal to respond to this matter on his behalf. TDS Legal contacted CEO Mike George QVC located in West Chester, PA and his Executive Assistant, Aileen Gregg regarding said matter. Gregg sends an email to TDS Legal stating, " Mr Donnelly you have failed to pay your easy pay payments for a chrome tool set you now owe QVC easy pay $101.00" how shall you pay?"

CONCLUSION:
Every month when Mr Donnelly pays said account for QVC via their Q Card via Synchrony Financial Bank it is to go to said account that has the easy pay payments etc. It is not the consumers fault is QVC, Q Card nor this Synchrony Financial bank does not post properly the monthly payments for said account in question that is to cover these easy pay payments, " this is not that easy". Consumer shall sue if not corrected immediately.
