Employees were honored for their outstanding achievements in sales and customer service, as well as for their great strides in leadership, team spirit, work ethic and initiative.
Morgan Auto Group's Outstanding Sales Employee – Jennifer Horn for being an amazing team player who's great with customers. She continues to excel at Sun Toyota, having been named our "Administrator of the Year" last year, as well.
Outstanding Leader – Ferris Hamdan, who continues to grow and perfect himself and his top sales management role at Sun.
Executive Manager – John Heisler, for the third consecutive year. He consistently turns in exemplary sales numbers and is a leader who brings out the best in his team.
Outstanding Manager – Scott London, who continues to break sales records year after year by giving his best every day.
New Car Salesperson – Tommy "Chills" Tsilionis for the second consecutive year. He's a sunny, cheerful individual who's been with us from the start and continues to grow and excel.
Used Car Salesperson – Kevin Johnson, who thinks out of the box and proactively searches for used cars far and wide to locate the best vehicles for his customers' unique needs.
Rookie Salesperson – Patrick Pintavalle, who got off to a quick start, turning in the highest gross and sales volumes over the last two months of 2019.
Internet Salesperson – Jackie Olson, who consistently gets the job done through effective execution of proven processes.
Finance Manager – Steven Ledesma, who has been the most consistently successful member of the F&I team.
Top Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Salesperson – Pat Chaban, who earned an average customer satisfaction rating of 99.62 percent on the most surveys, indicating how strongly his customers approve of their purchase experience with Pat.
Variable Administrator – Nicole Brown for exceptional job performance and taking on a wide variety of additional responsibilities to better assist customers.
Café Employee – Eva "Pinky" Lockhart, who always learns everything she can about the Chef's menu items to better assist her customers and keep our amazing, gourmet eatery running smoothly.
Best Attitude – Javier Arruza for his broad smile and genuinely helpful nature to offer assistance to anyone who needs his help.
Most Dedicated Employee – Tray Bournazian, who loves selling Toyotas and has been with us from day one. He's fluent in sign language for our hearing-impaired customers and a leading reason for our success.
Most Inspirational Employee – Pat Hayes for always landing at or near the top of the sales leader board every month. He consistently excels by staying fit and putting in the hard work it takes to win, from early morning to late at night.
