Candy, a driven personality, insisted on expedited production fall 2019. Faces of Rap Mothers Book One includes nearly four hundred (400) images Mitchell provided representing contributors and herself. In under three hundred (300) pages - amassing 400 images - in under three (3) months by our small, woman-owned, traditional publishing house that features Indie and traditional platforms in an expedited guise has been magical. Faces of Rap Mothers Book One has been nominated Most Entertaining Hip Hop Book of 2019 and our team remains impressed with our results, but rushing publications can result in issues.

Beat Deep Books Imprint's collaborative contributors now share equal weight to alleviate issues or suggestions public figures are included to ignite sales, which is against DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. ethos. To ensure no conflict-of-interest (COI) among Faces of Rap Mothers Book One, and all subsequent works, corrective actions were taken: a) temporarily pull of Faces of Rap Mothers Book One from sale, b) identification of title reconstruction to author, c) restructured layout, d) reconfigured proofs, e) redressed and restored files, f) re-editioned title, g) significant financial loss, and h) decision subsequent books require submissions direct from contributors and any/all imagery with descriptors ensure accuracy in details for readership. The author, and contributors, have been requested to honor publisher agreement referencing publisher sponsored materials. Therefore, Faces of Rap Mothers is "currently off sale" and 2nd Edition release is pending.
